Common questions

How do I delete my account?+

Open Settings, scroll to the Danger zone, and tap 'Delete account'. Your steps, friends, and progress are erased permanently.

Where does my step data come from?+

Steps sync from Apple Health, Health Connect, or Google Fit once you connect a wearable in Settings. Manual entry is also supported.

Can I change my daily goal?+

Yes — open the home screen, tap your goal under the ring, and set a new daily target.

Is my health data shared?+

We never sell your data. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
